140 pp, 4to (11 1/4" H). Profusely illustrated with b&w photographs, reproductions, technical drawings. Harry Watson spent over forty-three years with the Canadian National Railways and, as an avid photographer, recorded the various steam and diesel locomotives, working areas, structures and people of the Spadina Roundhouse. His son, the author, has used them to illustrate the story of an era past but not forgotten. Minor wrinkle at bottom of spine, tiny corner bumps, minor edge wear. Dust jacket has light edge wrinkling - mainly at top/bottom of spine and flap-folds, minor rubbing, tiny tear at top of rear flap-fold - archivally taped.
