Produced for the Roxy Theater, Los Angeles, 1974. **Please note: the original removable eyes and mouth section are NOT present**. The production notes on the verso give the cast (including Tim Curry and Meat Loaf) and other credits - these are not affected by the removals. Minor edge wear, light browning on the verso edges, faint soft crease on the ears.
