Information on rail, steamer and coach routes, hotels, restaurants, local history, etc. A previous owner's green ink notation on the front pastedown text and notes in pencil on the rear endpapers, small bookstore label on the front free endpaper, light browning to endpapers, small corner creases on the first map, two pages with a fore-edge tear archivally taped, erased pencil notation on page 131, one several pages with margin notes in pencil in the 'Quebec' section, internal staples are rusty, browning to edges of the text block, minor edge wear to the covers, some soiling/dakening to the spine - partially migrates into both covers.
