Great Lakes-St. Lawrence Deep Waterway... has a soft crease down the centre, some patches of light browning on rear cover. 'Beauharnois Development' has two small corner creases. Documents that have staples have rust on the staples. Envelope has some light wrinkling and light rubbing.
