39 pp, 7 3/8" H. A collection of poems by a Canadian author from Victoria, British Columbia, arranged in three parts. The first, devoted to the Second World War includes the title poem as well as Four Horsemen Ride; Jew Baiting; Scorched Earth; Victory; etc., while the second, entitled 'Forest Music Lyrics' includes Winter, Autumn, Forest Fire; etc. The book concludes with a longer poem - Reindeer Saga. Light browning to endpapers, very light wrinkling at top/bottom of spine. Dust jacket has light to moderate edge wear/wrinkling, light browning, a few edge tears, some dust soiling and rubbing, two tiny closed tears on front hinge, several small scuffs and stains on the front panel, now protected in removable mylar sleeve.
