72 pp, 9" H. B&w illustrations. "This paper has been written in the hope that it wil fill the need for a semi-popular treatment of the mammals known to occur, or believed to occur, in that part of Quebec which lies south and east of the St. Lawrence River, and in the provinces of New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland (exclusive of Labrador). The prime purpose of the paper is to provide the amateur with simple descriptions of the mammals (including whales, dolphins, etc.) so that he can identify them with a minimum of effort." Interior - minor browning to pages, minor curling at top corner of pages, staples are rusting, otherwise clean and tight with no other ownership marks. Exterior - a few soft wrinkles on covers, minor soiling, minor fading on spine, small creases at top part of spine.
