63 pp, 9 1/4" H, hard cover in dust jacket. B&w photographs. "In the Royal Ontario Museum of Archaeology in Toronto there is a collection of models representing pioneer life in Old Ontario in the latter half of the nineteenth century. It is the work of John McNeely McCrea of Toronto." Mr. McCrea's scale models of agricultural, domestic and industrial buildings, implements and tools, as well as bridges, fences, gates, etc. add another dimension to the study of pioneer life. Previous owner's name on free front endpaper, minor browning and soiling to edges of boards. Dust jacket has moderate edge wrinkling - mainly at top edge, several small tears archivally taped, two small closed tears on rear hinge, light browning - more on spine and flap-folds, very small watermark on spine, minor rubbing and soiling. Very Good/Good+
