164 pp + (3) Memorandum pages (blank) + (1) pp "Explanation of Map", 6 1/2" H. Small b&w fold-out map at rear. Title page continues: "Including: Location of all Streets with House or Store number on each Street at intersections, Keyed to map in back of book. Car lines indexed to show the route best serving any Street. Bus, Railroad and Air Lines and Terminals. Each Street is keyed to show the location on the Map of the City. Outline Map and Description of the Best and Quickest way for Visitors to see the Major Points of Interest. Lists of Churches, Hospitals, Amusement Parks, Hotels, Fire and Police Departments, Post Offices, Theatres, Ambulances, Consuls, Cemeteries, etc." Interior - several pages with chip and tears at top edge - tears archivally taped, small tear on fold-out map archivally taped, three indents from staple at fore-edge of all pages from middle to end of book - heavier towards end of book, very small slight curl to corners of pages. Exterior - light to moderate edge wear, corner creases, two tiny edge tears archivally taped, light soiling, browning to spine.
