69 pp, 8vo (8 7/16" H). Color endpapers, b&w illustrations. "Sir Galahad of Riversville lives on the thirty-ninth floor of the Waldorf Towers, overlooking Madison Avenue, the pigeons and the Hudson River. He is the bachelor half of a family of two, an arrangement made quite legal by the fact that Sir Galahad is, as his 'Ever Loving' tactfully explains, a member of the 'canis sapiens', in other words, a dog. It is his canine journal of seven days at the Waldorf which makes up this delightful book." Small bump at top of spine. Dust jacket has very light edge wear/wrinkling at top bottom of spine and flap-folds, minor soiling on rear panel, one tiny closed tear, a few minor rub marks, light browning on spine .
