A history of the Bennington potters and potteries, including Norton and Fenton, giving information on the varieties and types of wares made (including stone china, granite ware, red ware, flint ware, Rockingham, enamel ware, scroddled ware, parian and porcelain), some of the Bennington craftsmen, Bennington marks, etc. Minor browning to edges of text block, light edge wear - mainly at corners and at top/bottom of spine, light creasing at top/bottom of spine, very light rubbing, small area of faint color fading on front board, very small area of faint glue residue on both boards.
