Some town centres changed beyond recognition as demolition workers ma de way for the new, and on the streets, out came some strange new fashions - hot pants, loons, flared trousers, ponchos and plafform shoes. As youngsters danced to the Bay City Rollers, Slade and Gary Glitter, local cinemas were emptying and c l o s i n g down. The following pages look again at the Seventies in Surrey and recapture those time s o f ha pp in es s and sorrow, Ford Capris, Austin Allegros and Morris Marinas."
