Inside rear hinge has splitting to paper but is holding firmly, two edge tears on page leaf 403/404 - archivally taped, small 'v' tear on page leaf 407/408 - archivally taped, small area of browning at bottom of inside front hinge, browning to fore-edge and bottom of text block, light edge wear - more at corners and at top/bottom of spine, wrinkling at top/bottom of spine, light waviness on spine, faint staining on half of rear board.
