First edition dust jacket with no price on flap (designed so each receiving country could price the book according to their currency). Full page map in black, white & red, small b&w sketch map, genealogical table. Fold out map attached to rear pastedown (no tears, but some wrinkling to the paper which appears to have occured during the manufacturing process).
