127 pp, 12 1/4" H. Pictorial endpapers, profusely illustrated in b&w and colour with photographs, drawings, advertisements. A local history of Brighton, Ontario. Contents: Mayor's Message; Acknowledgements; Introduction; Historical Sketch; Travel Through the Years; Architectural Heritage; Church Life; Education; Historical Events; Agriculture; Sports and Recreation; Serving Brighton; Industries; Presqu'ile. Gift inscription in ink on free front endpaper, top corner of free front endpaper is clipped - also has a very small tear and erasure mark, bump at top/bottom of spine. Dust jacket has moderate wear/wrinkling at top/bottom of spine and flap-folds, light browning on inside surface, light rubbing, some small edge tears with old tape repair on inside, several tiny dents on rear hinge.
