99 pp, 10 1/2" H. Black cloth spine with gilt lettering, gray paper covered boards with red lettering & decoration on front board. Colour frontispiece, b&w drawings. Stories of conflicts between the native peoples and white explorers/settlers in British Columbia during the 19th century.
