43 pp, 9 1/4" H. Flexible dark brown simulated leather covers with blind stamped borders and black lettering (evidence of some gilt on letters of 'Henry Kelsey', but very faint) on front board. B&w frontis-piece plus 9 maps (one fold-out, 1 double page, 7 single page). The Historical and Scientific Society of Manitoba - Transaction No. 4 (New Series), 24th May, 1928. Small split in paper of inside front hinge, light liquid stain on front pastedown and on first panel of fold-out map that is between the endpapers, light waviness to bottom 1/2" of all pages, very light browning to endpapers, tiny bump at top/bottom of spine, loss of gold color on front board title lettering.
