"For 664 days, Halifax Bomber Pilot G.V. Neale spent time as a guest of the Luftwaffe in three different P.O.W. camps. His diaries offer an insightful look into the lives of the 'Kriegies' who adapted to their unfavourable surroundings and created their own culture." Interior - previous owner's place, date and signature on title page,;book slightly cracked at page 4/5; otherwise clean and tight with no other ownership marks. Exterior - minor edge wear, minor scuff on rear cover, a tiny stain and light creases on front cover hinge, tiny corner crease on front cover.
