In a constant search for authenticit y , he h a s tr av el led across the world and flown in more than sixty types of aircraft. This book is a portfolio of John Young's finest work, with more than forty large colour plates and numerous black and white illustrations featuring aircraft f ro m b efo re t he Fir st World War, biplanes for military and sporting use, heavy bombers, sleek fighters, modern military jets and airliners.
