101 pp, small 8vo (7 11/16" H), hard cover in dust jacket. "Edgar Allan Poe recommended cryptogram solutions as 'giving tone to the most important powers of the mind'; but the purpose of this book is to give its readers fascinating entertainment an d mental relaxation. Solution of these coded limericks is neither too simple nor too complex. It's fun to decode them. It's fun to read them afterwards. Full instructions and a sample process of deciphering the limericks are found in each b o o k . " Light browning to pages, previous owner's name and date on free front endpaper, light wrinkling at top/bottom of spine, very light edge wear, light browning to edges of textblock - a few small foxing marks on bottom of textblock, a few v er y fa in t finger marks on boards. Dust jacket has moderate to heavy edge wear/wrinkling, large pieces missing from top/bottom of spine/hinges, tears and chips on rear flap-fold, light browning, creasing, moderate soiling, front panel is basicall y c om ple te, a few old tape repairs on inside surface. Very Good-/Poor
