Unpaginated (approx. 14pp.), 9" H, soft cover (stapled in wraps). B&w illus. "In December of 1866 a peculiar 10 cent 'Prince Edward Island' stamp made its appearance in Europe...It was without perforations, printed in black on yellow paper, and th e name of the country was misspelled. Those who saw the stamp said that it had 'an unreal look' about it..." Interior - clean and tight with no previous ownership marks. Exterior - very light rubbing and soiling to covers, ghost sticker marking on fornt cover. Very Good
