ISBN 0920124100 INSCRIBED ON TITLE PAGE: "BEST WISHES JACKIE DUGGAN". "This is a true story written by a former Welterweight Champion of Canada. Cpt. Duggan joined the Canadian Forces in 1 939 and spent the duration in Europe. A true story of: blackmarket; love; death; humour; disappointment; patriotism." During this time, he continued to box and tells stories of boxers and boxing before and after the war, including his Olympic e x p e riences. Interior - pages browning, otherwise clean and tight.
