Organized in alphabetical order by manufacturer, the entries provide a history of the company followed by detailed accounts of more than 100 key aircraft types and their variants. A ll of the best-known manufacturers are represented, including current industry leaders such as McDonnell Douglas, Airbus and Boeing, as well as companies that have fallen by the wayside, such as De Havilland. Each entry is accompanied by colour a nd black-and-white photographs and artworks showing the craft in different liveries.
