"(O)utlines the histories of the Canadian Regiments in the dates of organization, change of designation, amalgamation, disbanding and conversion. - The Regiments of The Royal Canadian Infantry Corps, Cavalry and The Royal Canadian Armoured Corps are included in the Guide. Regiments of the Royal Regiments of Canadian Artillery are included in the Guide only when they were organized as Infantry Regiments and later converted to artillery. The arrangement of the Guide is alphabetical by the designation of the Regiment. - The Guide for a Regiment is followed by a listing of its regimental histories, a term that has been used in its widest sense. The bibliography includes not only publications about a Regime nt but also the Regiment's publications. The compiler has thus included manuals and periodicals. Three bibliographical sections and indexes close this publication. 'Formations' is a bibliography of the Canadian First division and publications c o n cerned with a Command area and more than one Regiment. 'World War I' and 'World War II' are bibliographies of the units organized for these wars." Interior - soft bump at top/bottom corner of text block - small crease at top corner of approx . fi rs t 20 pages, soft crease at fore-edge of pages 9 to 12. Exterior - light browning to edges of text block, edges of covers and on spine; soft corner creases on covers; soft crease down front cover near spine - migrates into first few pages; t in y l igh t stains on bottom of text block; small light soiling mark at top edge of front cover.
