"May I say what a professional service you provided.  Not only was the book securely wrapped in brown paper to prevent the binding from "working" during transit, it was also wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a bubble pack shipping envelope.

And it arrived in a timely manner!

I recently bought a book through a "name" competitor, and upon delivery, found the "bare" book floundering around loose inside the mailer!  Needless to say, if that is all they care about the value of a book, I shall not continue doing business with that vendor."
