212 pp, 7 1/8" H. Light blue leather spine and corners, gilt lettering/banding on spine, marbled boards. Blue slip tipped in on blank preliminary "Compliments of / ITALIAN LIBRARY / OF INFORMATION / New York City 595 Madison Avenue". Contents: Foreword; Basic Facts; The Structure of the Totalitarian State; Guild Economy - Purpose; Guidl Economy - Machinery; Financial and Monetary Policies; Credit Policies; Credit Policies; Agricultural policies and achievements; Industrial policies and achievements; Commercial policies and achievements; Price Policies; Economic Self-sufficiency; Labor Legislation and Social Insurances; Social Services and Popular Culture; Empire Development; Appendix. Ex-library book with some stamps. labels and a card pocket on endpapers; moderate browning in margins of pages and some preliminary and rear pages, piece missing at top corner of page leaf 97/98 - does not effect text, two small tears on fore-edge of a preliminary page - archivally taped, a few tiny tears and creases at fore-edge of pages 1 to 8, a slight separation between some page gatherings but still firm in binding, light edge wear to leather, large sticker removal mark at bottom of spine/boards, small light areas of surface loss to leather at top of front board at hinge, some light dis-colouration to leather, light rubbing to marbled paper on boards, small ink scribble/doodle on bottom of text block, moderate browning to edges of text block, library stamp on top of text block.
