46 pp, 7 1/2" H. Facsimile reprint of the Air Ministry, October 1944, publication. Blue card covers with black lettering/illustration on front cover. B&w frontispiece (Halifax III), drawing (Locking of Flying Controls), 4 fold-outs (8 figures - Instrument panel / General view of cabin / Flight engineer's panel /Cockpit - port side / Fuel system diagram / Hydraulic system diagram / Mark VII Simplified Fuel System Diagram / Mark VII Flight Engineer's Panel). Section headings: Descriptive Introduction; Fuel and Oil Systems; Main Services; Aircraft Controls; Engine Controls; Operational Controls and Equipment; Handling Instructions; Operating Data; Emergencies; Additional Data for Flight Engineer; Location of Controls and Illustrations. Interior - small slight curl to top corner of pages, otherwise clean and tight with no other ownership marks. Exterior - slight browning to edges on covers and spine, light edge wrinkling and three tiny edge tears on covers, small piece missing at top corner of rear cover and a little less at top of rear hinge, minor soiling on rear cover.
