927 pp, 10 1/4" H. Quarter bound in deep maroon leather with maroon cloth sides, black leather title label with gilt lettering/border on spine. Gilt borders on front and rear boards, top edge gilt, integral maroon ribbon bookmark. Maroon endpapers and slipcase. B&w illustrations. "The text and illustrations of this edition reproduce those of the Nonesuch Dickens, published in 1938 by the Nonesuch Press - with minor emendations." Book has a very minor bump at bottom of front hinge area. Slipcase has minor rubbing, small bump at one front bottom corner.
