It should have been OK, because at their first contact the planets Mars, Uranus and Pluto were a l l w i t h in the orbs of a conjunction in the Twelfth House of the Ingress Map, and the Vernal Equinox was happening at the time. THUNDERSHINE: TALES OF METAKIDS., Skinner, David. Illustrated by Kevin Skinner.
5 Skinner, David. Illustrated by Kevin Skinner. THUNDERSHINE: TALES OF METAKIDS.

115 pp, 8vo (8 1/2" H), hard cover in dust jacket. B&w illus. "When Jenny draws an untrue map, the world changes to conform. Mae, for some reason, walks wherever she goes, although everyone else 'bops', or teleports, at will. Dexter can spraypaint his thoughts onto walls - which attracts the attention of Meredith, who talks to the planet Pluto. And Nina, who can give any power she wants to her brother, to his friends, and to herself, refuses to save a neighborhood boy from death. These are metakids: kids who are kids...and more besides...Each of these four stories gives its own marvelous and often surprising answer to the question: What is it like, after all, to have a superpower?" Recommended for ages 10-14. Minor wrinkling at bottom of spine. Dust jacket has minor rubbing, very light edge wrinkling, tiny tear at bottom of spine. NF/VG
