Unpaginated (approx. 14 pp.), sewn in stiff covers with basketweave design, 6 1/8" H x 9 3/8" D. Printed by hand on Inveresk Cream Laid paper from Romanee types. "These corrections and comments by Edmund Wilson accompany the text of 'Edmund Wilson : A Study of Literary Vocation in Our Time' (The University of Illinois Press, 1965). When the book appeared, Wilson wrote me from Wellfleet asking for a copy. I had already sent one in care of 'The New Yorker', and several weeks later he r e t u r n e d one, marked in ink with his careful, precise hand. This was his way of noticing my work and his way of seeing that the errors of a first book would not be perpetuated." This small work consists of extracts from the original work w it h Wi ls on 's n ot ations printed beside. Browning to edges of covers, minor edge wear slight bump to top corner of front board.
