231 pp, 11 1/4" H. Profusely illustrated with b&w photographs, 1/72 scale 3-view drawings (many fold out), colour frontispiece. Contents: Foreword by E.F. Cheesman; About this Book, by D.A. Russell, M.I.Mech.E.; Duties of Reconnaissance and Bomber Aircraft 1914-1918, by W.M. Lamberton; Equipment ditto; Camouflage and Markings of Reconnaisance and Bomber Aircraft, by Bruce Robertson; Aircraft Photo-Pages; Data tables; Index. Four old tape residue/removal marks on front free endpaper, cigarette odor, light toning to edges of pages, very light browning to edges of text block, light wrinkling to fore-edge of some pages - due to handling, very small curl to bottom corner of pages, 4" light thin pen line on rear board, small area of glue residue on front board, light wear at corners and bottom of spine, small bump at bottom of spine.
