I just wanted to send you a quick note, to thank you for sending over this book.  Not only is it in very good condition, as advertised, but the care that you obviously went to in wrapping and packing the book for shipment really stood out.  I have been collecting books occasionally for some years, and you might be surprised to see how shabbily many books are packaged for shipping.  The care that you took to do this right was really appreciated.  Similarly, voluntarily reducing the shipping cost speaks volumes about the person you are.  Nice to know that there are still people who believe in doing things right!

May I say what a professional service you provided.  Not only was the book securely wrapped in brown paper to prevent the binding from "working" during transit, it was also wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a bubble pack shipping envelope.

And it arrived in a timely manner!

I recently bought a book through a "name" competitor, and upon delivery, found the "bare" book floundering around loose inside the mailer!  Needless to say, if that is all they care about the value of a book, I shall not continue doing business with that vendor.
